Description
High-quality wooden puzzle that combines art and shapes.
This puzzle is dedicated to the Italian painter and designer Vittorio Zecchin. He worked in the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods and designed, among other things, glass vessels of classical elegance. Some also call him the "Italian Klimt". In the puzzle pieces you will find some shapes of the ornaments of that time, but also the outlines of some of his vessels.

Unlike an ordinary puzzle, the ClairDeBois puzzle pieces themselves are what is fascinating, thanks to their unique shape. Often, the outline of a single piece reveals a motif reminiscent of the artist. Each puzzle piece is unique.
Assembling the puzzle is challenging, even with just 200 pieces: wavy lines, human figures, spirals, flowers, and all other original shapes must be looked at closely to see if they fit together.
All ClairDeBois creations are 100% made in Berlin: from design to printing to laser cutting.
The puzzle is packaged in an elegant magnetic cardboard box. ClairDeBois puzzles are very often used as original gifts for Christmas, birthdays, or simply as a thank you.
Attention: The pieces are partly very delicate, which is part of their charm. But they are also fragile. If a piece breaks, a little wood glue should fix the problem. Otherwise, one piece becomes two, but that does not prevent assembly. Furthermore, when opening the box, a smell may escape that comes from the manufacturing process. However, this smell disappears quickly as soon as the parts are exposed to the air.
